I hired Gary Bernstein on the advise of a very prominent Montgomery County attorney for three very serious cases I picked up in Baltimore County . Two of the three cases were alleged hit and runs / driving on revoked, resulting in minor injuries to the victims and several jailable charges. The third case was an alleged possession of a controlled substance. All three cases resulted in flat out dismissals. Not plea deal with lenthy probation sentences, but flat out dismissals. My wife has a theory that he has incredible knowledge about the law and the baltimore area legal system in general and he does, I however beleive in my heart that unless the prosecution has their case really together they do not want to try a case in front of Mr. Gary Bernstein. He is that good. He has a swagger of confidence in court and in his office that may put you off a little but beleive me, he owns it. If you need someone to hold cards and punches and convince you everything will be ok by holding your hand , I would not hire Mr. Bernstein. You can find that with some young former public defender that will fight to plea your case out with a little jail time and probation. Who knows maybe alot of jail time. If you want a bulldog that gets results and tells you they way it is , then Gary Bernstein is the attorney you want standing next to you at that defense table when you are at your most vulnerable time in your life. I know I will always have him standing next to me if I ever need his expertise again. He is then only attorney for me PERIOD! Thank you Gary.

If I was found not guilty (dui, dwi) can I request the MVA to remove me from the interlock program and receive an unrestricted license? If so, how?
