Anne Arundel County DUI Not Guilty (Deja Vu)

Two days later the same Blasi issue arises in Glen Burnie District Court.  After reading the case, the judge agreed the officer had no basis for asking for SFSTs.  The client was found not guilty.  Had we gotten to trial there was an issue relating to the video tape.  It exists, but the MDTA claims their copying machine is broken.  I asked the officer if the State Police could do it, and he did not know. I would have objected to anything on the tape, since it was available and they did not investigate any means of producing it.  That issue is for another day.
