DUIs Dropped in Baltimore County

The last 2 weeks I had DUIs dropped by the State.  Once again the Body Camera footage was critical.  In both cases I had at least 60 examples of normal coordination that demonstrated my client was not affected by alcohol.  I was going to give the officer a pad and have him mark down each time my client demonstrated.  The case would have lasted forever as we went through each activity.  The prosecutors reviewed the footage and could see that, if properly defended,  a jury could never find beyond a reasonable doubt that the client was guilty of DUI or the lesser DWI. We expunged the DUI charges and my clients can move forward with their lives.
